Goal: Provide customized, full-size door skins with patient-selected colors and protective laminate to enhance durability and personalization at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.

Result/Solution: The Chillicothe VA Medical Center was looking to replace some worn-out door skins that they currently utilize to add some color/personalization to the facility’s patient rooms. Looking at what was already in place, we noticed that some of the existing door skins were smaller than the actual doors and also there was extensive damage/wear to them. The customer was not only limited in size but also color/design when ordering pre-existing available designs. We were able to provide new options, and allow the staff to work with their patients to choose custom colors for each door as well as ensure we protect the new door vinyl with laminate to get the longest life out of them as possible. Adding custom colors in various door styles allows patients to better find their room in a sea of doors.
