We are excited to share our CEO & President, Karen Barnett, was awarded YWCA's 2020 Woman of the Year award. Karen's view of success was instilled by her parents - you are only successful if you are helping others become successful. Throughout her professional career, Karen has focused on mentoring, empowering and supporting other women in business. She has encouraged her own employees and other mentees to step outside their comfort zone and see the value in their work. Olee Creative's Marketing and Product Manager, Jennifer Zumbrun, says Karen's mentorship has impacted not only her professional career but also her personal life.
