Designer Feature - Marie-Noelle Neidemire

Panzica Building Corporation interior designer, Marie-Noelle Neidemire, is an NCIDQ certified Registered Interior Designer in the State of Indiana. In her 10+ years of experience, she has worked in conjunction with architects, construction staff, and client teams to create interior spaces across many market segments including healthcare, senior living, educational, multi-family, and corporate spaces. Marie-Noelle is passionate about finding creative design solutions to satisfy aesthetic vision, functionality, and budget.

“Olee Creative’s team was wonderful to work with on the Beacon Wanee Clinic’s glass feature wall. We were looking for a focal point that added a calm organic element to contrast the angular lines of the lobby and Olee’s team brought this vision to life. The graphic was selected from Olee’s library of patterns. We were able to custom color the image as well as customize the scale to fit the glass perfectly. I have had the pleasure of working with Olee on numerous projects and have always found them to meet projects with the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism regardless of size.”
