Designer Feature - Tess Elmer

Tess Elmer, an NCIDQ-certified designer at TMP in Brentwood, Tennessee, discovered her love for interior design early in life. Growing up, she loved to rearrange furniture and build spaces out of cardboard boxes. When she took Interior Design 101 as a filler class in college, she knew instantly that this was her passion. With more than six years of experience, Tess collaborates with project teams and designers to create spaces that are safe, comforting, and aesthetically pleasing. She has worked on healthcare, government, civic, and education projects. With every project she touches, Tess’s goal is to make a positive impact and difference for the end user.

When she isn’t working, Tess loves to run and try new workout classes. She also loves to read, try new recipes, and explore new restaurants.

Testimonial: “Brentwood City Hall’s new graphic timeline wall was a custom project with the concept of connecting Brentwood’s past to its present and future. Designed to bring the gathering space, conference space, and kitchen area together, this 40-foot-long timeline wall, dating back to 1825, showcases historic images and Brentwood culture. TMP worked directly with Olee Creative’s team to design, arrange, and review all drafts that led to the final product. Jennifer and her team were fantastic to work with and available to meet and open to all comments or suggestions. Olee exceeded expectations on the graphic timeline wall and I would be happy to work with them again." - Tess Elmer
